Effective {{DATE}}. These terms govern access to the Spywave AI platform and related services.

1. Access & Eligibility

You must be an authorized operator with a valid Auth0 identity to use Spywave. By accessing the platform you confirm you are legally permitted to trade securities in your region and understand the risks of options trading.

2. Non-Custodial Automation

Spywave AI provides automation tooling and telemetry. We do not hold customer funds, execute trades on your behalf, or guarantee performance. You remain responsible for monitoring activity and maintaining adequate risk controls.

3. Simulation vs. Live

Dev and staging environments operate in simulation using read-only credentials. Promotion to live requires separate authorization and you acknowledge live trading carries capital risk.

4. Data & Privacy

We collect operational telemetry, authentication metadata, and limited broker identifiers strictly to provide the service. Refer to our privacy overview for retention practices. We never sell or share customer data with third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

• No attempts to reverse engineer or exfiltrate proprietary models.
• No abusive API traffic or automated credential stuffing.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect account compromise.
